Magnets

Putting our particle control technologies and unique processing technologies to full use, we offer a variety of products covering all possible types of uses, shapes, and characteristics of motors. Some of the new materials we mass-produce include the "FB12 Series", which possesses the ferrite sintered magnet with the world’s greatest magnetic force; the "FB5D Series", which combines characteristics that rival wet-molded magnets with the compact, complex shapes that can only be achieved through dry molding; the new-generation material "NEOREC55 Series", using rare-earth magnets that occur as a result of adopting a low-oxygen process and through the densification of crystal structures; and the ferrite rubber magnet "BQL15 Series", which possesses dramatically improved coercive force. We are also working on developing magnets using new compositions and microstructures.
