[BHF/BHP] Series for Barcode and Label Printers |
- Product Outline
The [BHF/BHP] Series includes various types of thermal printer heads: HS, FS, and WS types. The HS Type can perform high-precision heat history control because its glaze thickness and shape have been optimized to speed up printing. The FS Type can perform prediction-type heat history control best suited to higher-speed printing. The WS Type can transfer two types of data simultaneously and output two types of STB pulse widths to print two colors per path. These products are available in sizes M8, M12, and M24, which are best suited to bank printers, POS systems, and the printing of industrial barcodes and labels.
- Features
- The [SS Type] has a lineup of various dot densities, ranging from 6 to 24 dots/mm, for a wide variety of uses.
- The [HS Type] can perform high-precision heat history control to meet the demands of customers who require high-quality printing at high speeds.
- The [FS Type] can perform much higher-speed and higher-quality printing by controlling five lines simultaneously, including the subsequent line.
- The [WS Type] can print two colors per path by transferring two types of data and setting two types of STB pulse widths.

[BWF/BWP] Series for Long-life Barcode and Label Printers |
- Product Outline
The [BWF/BWP] Series is a so-called "Toughness Series" - a more durable version of the prestigious BHF/BHP Series of barcode and label printers. Thanks to the optimization of its film configuration, the series' life of resistance to abrasion caused by contact with mediums has been dramatically increased: it is now twice as long as those of existing products.
With this improvement, resistance to scratches caused by foreign matter caught between a medium and the printer head has also been improved. In addition, thanks to the revision of the electrode material and its configuration, electric power resistance has also been increased.
- Features
- The [T-W Type] has improved abrasion resistance, achieving 200 Km in its full glaze products and 120 Km in its partial glaze products.
- The [T Type] has improved resistance to scratches caused by dust caught while printing.
- The [W Type] has improved electric power resistance thanks to its use of a high-resistance electrode material.

[BHC] and [BVC] Series for Cards and Hard Media |
- Product Outline
The [BHC] Series can perform straight path printing on hard media such as plastic cards, IC cards, etc. The [BVC Series] is expected to be used specifically for image printing. The [H Type] is best suited to high-precision heat history control, as its glaze thickness and shape have been optimized to speed up printing. The [F Type] can perform prediction-type heat history control, which enables much higher-speed and higher-quality printing. The [W Type] can transfer two types of printing data and output two types of strobe pulse widths simultaneously to print two colors per path. Available in addition to these types of heads is the [*R] Series, which includes narrow-width head types. The [*R] Series enables a greater degree of freedom of printer design than is found in the types mentioned above.
- Features
- [S* Type] is a lineup of different heads whose dot density is 8/12 [dot/mm] and whose print widths are 16, 40, or 56 [mm].
- [Normal history H* Type] and [High-speed history F* Type] have a heat history control straight path that is indispensable for high-speed and high-quality printing.
- [W* Type] can print two colors per path by transferring two types of data and setting two types of STB pulse widths.
